The Allure Agency is in need of polished and professional bartenders and brand ambassadors to work fun events sponsored by major spirits companies in the New York area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of major spirits brands that sponsor the events.
- Set up and break down the bar.
- Ensure all necessary bar equipment is readily available.
- Make necessary requests to barback and/or onsite point of contact.
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and take drink orders.
- Prepare alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Answer beverage related questions of the event goers.
- Make drink suggestions based on the likes and dislikes of guests.
- Execute any other duties assigned onsite.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be 21 or older.
- Must be able to submit high quality photos of yourself
- Must have an upbeat, happy personality.
- Must have experience as a brand ambassador, sales rep or working with the general public face to face.
- Must genuinely enjoy working with people.
- Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
- Must submit a professional resume showing relatable experience.
- Must comprehend instructions well and execute tasks proficiently.
- Must NOT have any tattos on face or forearms.
- Must have an upbeat, happy, can-do attitude and the ability to follow instructions confidently and quickly.
- Individuals that do not genuinely love interacting with and being of service to people need NOT apply.
